ER70S-6 Carbon Steel Solid MIG Wire

A uniform copper coating (0.05µm to 0.15µm thick) is applied via a wet-drawing chemical process. This provides reliable current transfer from the contact tip to the wire, reducing arc instability and contact tip wear.

E71T-1C Rutile Flux-Cored Wire

For high-deposition flat and out-of-position structural welding, our E71T-1C flux-cored wire offers optimal performance. The fast-freezing slag system supports the weld pool in vertical-up and overhead configurations. This reduces spatter and allows for easy slag release, saving cleanup labor on multi-pass welds.
