Welding rod AWS E6013 is a kind of carton steel welding electrode with type coating, which is used for all position welding. It is suitable for welding general carton steel and ZINC-coated steel sheets for ships. AWS E6013 welding electrode has excellent operating performance, easy ignition and reignition, stable arc, perfect appearance of welding and good slag detachability. Used for welding in all position, it has excellent weldability and is suitable for welding low carbon steel light-gauge sheet or light structures where beautiful bead appearance is requested, such as vehicles, building and machinery etc.
E7018 is a basic coated hydrogen-controlled electrode for welding of 490 N/mm2 grade high tensile steel. The flux coating formula not only optimizes mechanical properties, also promotes a low hydrogen potential in the weld metal.
They apply to applications of butt welding, fillet welding well as riap welding of thin steel plate such as oil tank of transformer, vessel hull, vehicle crust low carbon steel structures for flue and venting tube.
Core diameter: 2.0-5.0mm
Length: 300-400mm
Application: Suitable for welding low-carbon steel structures, especially for thin plate small parts and cover surface welding where a beautiful and smooth weld surface is required.
Diameter: 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm and 5.0mm
Length: 300-400mm
Application: Carbon steel electrode with a low-hydrogen potassium type coating of iron powder, suitable for welding carbon steel and low-alloy steel structures.
