Pioneering Excellence in Welding Solutions Since 2004
Established in Wulian, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, Wulian Yuxin Hardware Equipment Co., Ltd. has grown from a locally excellent manufacturer to a globally recognized producer of premium welding consumables. With our own 15,000-square-meter production facility and advanced manufacturing equipment, we proudly maintain complete control over our production processes, ensuring consistent quality across our entire product range.
Our commitment to excellence has earned us long-term partnerships with dozens of Fortune 500 suppliers and distributors. We specialize in manufacturing high-grade consumables, including MIG welding wires (ER70S-6), Flux-cored wires (E71T-1C), Stainless steel welding wires (ER308L/ER316L), and welding electrodes (E6013/E7018).
Our high-purity TIG welding wires are engineered to perform in the world's most demanding environments.
TIG welding (GTAW) is vital for aerospace components. Our wires maintain precise chemical tolerances, preventing microscopic defects in titanium and high-strength stainless steel alloys during high-vibration engine assembly.
For pressure vessels, pipelines, and boilers, our TIG wire offers defect-free root passes that pass rigorous X-ray and ultrasonic inspections under extreme thermal cycling conditions.
Utilizing our premium ER308L and ER316L wires ensures outstanding weld deposit corrosion resistance, preventing joint failure under intense catalytic converter operating heat.
A detailed engineering overview of our popular solid, flux-cored, and TIG welding alloys.
| Alloy Class | C (%) | Mn (%) | Si (%) | Cr (%) | Ni (%) | Typical Application |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ER70S-6 (Carbon Steel) | 0.06 - 0.15 | 1.40 - 1.85 | 0.80 - 1.15 | - | - | High fluid puddle, general structural fabrication |
| ER308L (Stainless Steel) | ≤ 0.03 | 1.0 - 2.5 | 0.30 - 0.65 | 19.5 - 22.0 | 9.0 - 11.0 | Corrosion resistant cladding, piping |
| ER316L (Marine Grade SS) | ≤ 0.03 | 1.0 - 2.5 | 0.30 - 0.65 | 18.0 - 20.0 | 11.0 - 14.0 | Chemical processing, maritime applications |
| E71T-1C (Flux-Cored) | 0.12 | 1.75 | 0.90 | - | - | Heavy steel structures, shipbuilding (CO2 shielded) |
By employing a strict de-embrittlement thermal processing sequence, our factory is capable of controlling hydrogen content in carbon and low-alloy steel wires to levels below 5ml/100g. For stainless steel alloys (like ER308L and ER316L), carbon levels are held to a maximum of 0.03% to mitigate the risk of chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries (sensitization). This ensures that welded structures maintain extreme durability and corrosion resistance even at high temperatures or in acidic chemical zones.
Today, our products are trusted by industrial clients in over 20 countries worldwide. From major construction projects in Germany to manufacturing plants in Vietnam, our welding solutions form invisible bonds that hold critical infrastructure together.
Our key markets include:
